Princess Ponies - Year 9

The fourth and final set of Princess Ponies was printed in Year 9, between 1990 and 1991. It included only two ponies. Unlike previous princess sets (the Year 5 Princess Ponies, Year 6 Princess Ponies, and Princess Brush n' Grow Ponies), these ponies do not have jewels or medallions anywhere on their bodies, and instead of metallic tinsel they have strands of iridescent, translucent plastic in their hair, like the Pony Bride of Year 8. Both ponies were printed in the Bride Pose. Their most unusual attribute is their long, thick, black eyelashes. Each princess came with a silver-colored tiara, an iridescent polyester cape with a faux-fur collar, and a frog brush.
