Brush n' Grow Ponies
Brush n' Grow Ponies, as the name implies, are meant to be groomed; they have longer, fuller manes than any other My Little Ponies, and much longer tails. They were printed between 1987 and 1988. Each Brush n' Grow pony has hair of four colors. By giving a Brush n' Grow Pony's head a few clockwise half-turns, you can draw her long tail back into her body; by pulling on it, you can draw the tail back out. A second set of Brush n' Grow Ponies, the Princess Brush n' Grow Ponies, was released the following year. Each pony came with a long brush, a long comb, a shooting star clip, a heart clip, and a ribbon.
