The Teeny Tiny Twin Ponies were the second set of Teeny Tiny Ponies, and somewhat resembled the Newborn Twins of earlier years. They were printed in Year 10, between 1991 and 1992. Four of the six Teeny Tiny Twins were named after ponies from the Year 5 Newborn Twin set. Each pair of twin ponies came with an accessory for each baby, and included one pony in each of the two Teeny Tiny poses. The twins are identical in colors, but each one has a tiny distinguishing mark located in a different place on her body, a very slight difference in her symbols, and a number (1 or 2) under her hoof to identify her.
Sniffles

Sniffles is a pink Teeny Tiny earth pony with white hair and aqua eyes. Her symbol is a purple and yellow potted flower with a smiling face. Unlike Snookums', Sniffles' flower has no leaves. There is a purple flower print on Sniffles' left cheek. On the underside of her left front hoof is the number 1. Sniffles is in the Little Whiskers Pose.
Sniffles was named after Newborn Twin Sniffles from the Year 5 Newborn Twin set.
Together, Sniffles and her twin Snookums came with a purple dish and two peach spoons.
Snookums

Sniffles is a pink Teeny Tiny earth pony with white hair and aqua eyes. Her symbol is a purple and yellow potted flower with a smiling face. Unlike Sniffle's, Snookums' flower has leaves. There is a purple flower print on Snookums' right rear hoof. On the underside of her left front hoof is the number 2. Snookums is in the Little Giggles Pose.
Snookums was named after Newborn Twin Snookums from the Year 5 Newborn Twin set. There is also a Drink n' Wet pony named Snookums.
Together, Snookums and her twin Sniffles came with a purple dish and two peach spoons.
Bootsie

Bootsie is a purple Teeny Tiny earth pony with yellow hair and blue eyes. Her symbol is two yellow and blue boots tied with a blue double bow. Unlike Tootsie's, Bootsie's boots do not have lace trim. There is a blue boot on Bootsie's right cheek. On the underside of her left front hoof is the number 1. Bootsie is in the Little Whiskers Pose.
Together, Bootsie and her twin Tootsie came with two bottles, one pink, one blue.
Tootsie

Tootsie is a purple Teeny Tiny earth pony with yellow hair and blue eyes. Her symbol is two yellow and blue boots, tied with a blue double bow. Unlike Bootsie's, Tootsie's boots have blue lace trim. There is a blue boot on Tootsie's right cheek. On the underside of her left front hoof is the number 2. Tootsie is in the Little Giggles Pose.
Together, Tootsie and her twin Bootsie came with two bottles, one pink, one blue.
Rattles

Rattles is an aqua Teeny Tiny earth pony with dark pink hair and purple eyes. Her symbol is a purple rattle with a pink design on it, tied with a pink bow. Unlike Tattles', this rattle has no hole in its handle. There is a dark pink bow on the left side of Rattles' forehead. On the underside of her left front hoof is the number 1. Rattles is in the Little Whiskers Pose.
Rattles was named after Newborn Twin Rattles from the Year 5 Newborn Twin set.
Together, Rattles and her twin Tattles came with two ID necklaces, one yellow, one lavender.
